Shipping and delivery costs
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from receiving your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
We offer free shipping for all orders over 350 EUR.
RETURNS
The right to withdraw from the contract If the ordered product does not meet your expectations, you can withdraw from the contract (return it) without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of taking possession of the product.
The customer may submit their own declaration of withdrawal from the contract or use the form below.
In order to execute the right:
- complete the declaration of withdrawal from the contract. They can be downloaded and printed: Return form;
- send by e-mail information regarding your right to withdraw from the contract with the text in the subject: RETURN order number (please enter your order number here) to the following address: simonsknivesmanufacture@gmail.com
- pack the product for return and attach the completed declaration and proof of purchase;
- send the product back by post to the following address (postage must be paid by the customer): Simon’s Knives Manufacture Szymon Szlagór, 21 Bielska St., 43-356 Bujaków.
Within 14 calendar days, the Customer will receive a refund for the payments made by him, including the cost of delivering the prodcut to the Customer. The payment will be refunded using the same payment methods that were used in the original transaction.
COMPLAINTS
You can complain about each product purchased in the online store www.simons.com.pl in compliance with the appropriate terms and conditions of the complaint, if it has defects that constitute its non-compliance with the contract.
A complaint can be submitted as follows:
- print out and complete the statement Complaint Form;
- send a message regarding the complaint with the text in the subject line: COMPLAINT order number (please enter your order number here) to the address simonsknivesmanufacture@gmail.com;
- pack the product together with the printed and completed statement and proof of purchase;
- send it back by post to the following address: Simon’s Knives Manufacture Szymon Szlagór, 21 Bielska St., 43-356 Bujaków.
Simons’s Knives Manufacture will consider the complaint without undue delay. No later than within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the complaint, the Customer will be informed by e-mail about the status of the complaint.
If the complaint is accepted, the customer will receive the product (repaired or new), and if it proves impossible, the cost of the defective product will be reimbursed.
If the complaint is not accepted , the product will be sent back together with information about the unjustified nature of the complaint.
